• Pick Up days (Mon-Fri) will be set based on your zone.
• No need for any paperwork to accompany the pickup.
• Cartons will be weighted at point of pickup and a receipt for proof of pickup and weight provided.
• Futile deliveries incur a charge.
• Deliveries will be invoiced monthly and will include a certificate of recycling.
• All books are accepted, not just James Bennett supplied titles*.
*Not accepted are books with electronic parts.
